Well this is just a quick page with a bit of information about myself.

Name: Josh Jenkins
Location: Sydney, Australia
Age: 22

I'll start with a brief history....
My first computer was a Commodore 64 which I bought when I was about 9. This thing was the greatest at the time and it came with a programmer's manual. I never really understood much in it but had plenty of fun typing some of the programs in. Nothing was really made out of that, even though I took great interest in programming aspects. When I started high school my grandfather gave me my first real computer. I started messing around in Qbasic, writing some simple games and demos. Later finding visual basic which lasted for about 6 months, and then a C compiler. During my senior years at high school I started writing some simple games in DOS, then went to Macquarie Uni to study computer science. My programming skills developed and in my last year I took a course in computer graphics using OpenGL. I really enjoyed this course and made some good assignment (you can see one here that put me at the top of the hall of fame). This opened me up into a hobby I've always admired. I also did a fair bit of work in natural language areas which was interesting but not quite me.

Other than computing, I'm into BMX flatland - stop by the BMXTRIX website to see what it's all about.

So I have finished uni and have a piece of paper to show for it, had a bit of a holiday, working on some projects and looking out for a job.
